HOW WE SHIP
Every order is processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our fulfilment partners. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is free on every order to Australia and New Zealand — no minimum, no surprises at checkout. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee, shown before you pay.
International orders (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and rest of world) ship at the rate shown at checkout, calculated by destination.

These are estimates and can shift during peak periods (Christmas, sale events). Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery is outside our control — but we'll always help if something goes wrong.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order includes tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We can't redirect parcels once they're dispatched. If you've made an error, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and aren't included in the product price or shipping fee. We have no control over these charges.
