FAQ – TrimKing T9

1️⃣ Power indicator is on, but the clipper doesn’t work

• The cutting head may be stuck due to lack of lubrication.

• Solution: Add a few drops of lubricating oil to the blades, or gently move the cutting head left and right with your finger.

2️⃣ Blade isn’t cutting evenly / tilts left or right

• Some plastic-body models may have slightly uneven cutting edges because the blade swings left and right.

• This is normal and does not affect performance.

• For a cleaner cut, adjust the spring angle manually, or consider upgrading to our metal-body model.

3️⃣ Clipper won’t turn on / power light is off

• The battery may be empty or too low.

• Solution: Charge for 3 hours and try again.

• If it still doesn’t work, send pre- and post-charging videos so we can verify any issues.

4️⃣ Hair getting caught or minor skin nicks

• This clipper is designed for beard trimming and styling, not for cutting long hair.

• When trimming longer hair, avoid touching the center shaft of the blade.

• For anti-pinch protection, check our OHS S3 or OHS SL2 Dragon Plus models with blade covers.

• Minor skin nicks usually happen when blades aren’t lubricated. Add oil regularly to prevent friction.
